How I Can Help

Bedwetting
Is your child embarrassed that they are still wetting the bed at night? Tired of being told that they will grow out of it? I can help create an evidenced-based plan to address the underlying challenges.
Sensory Processing
Sensory processing plays a crucial role in successful toilet routines. Children may feel threatened by the sights, sounds, and smells of the bathroom. they may struggle to read internal cues telling them when they need to use the bathroom. I will partner with you to incorporate effective sensory strategies to empower your child and increase their toileting success. For more information, download our sensory checklist.
Chronic Constipation
Did you know that your child's behavior and emotional regulation may be impacted by chronic constipation? Up to 20% of children demonstrate at least one symptom of chronic constipation and 15% meet the qualifications for formal diagnosis. Download my constipation checklist to discover if your child may be expressing symptoms.
Feeding Therapy
Nutrition and dietary changes are often necessary to manage bowel and bladder dysfunction, but what if your child is a selective eater? I have all the tools and strategies to help your child expand their diet and increase their nutritional intake.
Bowel and Bladder Leaks
Bowel and bladder leaks can be devastating for kids and are known to impact their emotional well-being. Read our blog post about the lasting emotional impacts of incontinence.

About Me

Meet Maggie Winter, MOT
I graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2019 with a Master's degree in occupational therapy. I have a passion for the pediatric population and have spent the entirety of my career in outpatient pediatrics. I recently moved from Spokane, WA where I owned my own clinic that specialized in provided neurodiversity-affirming therapy using sensory integration and DIR floortime strategies. After receiving numerous referrals for potty-training and incontinence challenges, I signed up for an intensive pediatric pelvic floor class. Since that initial exposure I have sought out continuous training and education opportunities so that I may assist this underserved population.
Outside of my practice, I have my hands full raising my twin toddlers with my wonderful husband. We enjoy getting outside as much as possible and are so excited to have returned to the green side of the state.
