Payment Options

Currently we accept the following insurance plans for evaluation, individual services, and teletherapy:

If you choose not to bill through a health insurance carrier, we do offer services at a private-pay rate. We accept payment via check, FSA/HSA, or credit/debit card payment.

 

Upon request, we will provide a superbill of services delivered so you can request reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier.
