Open Positions

Job Description:

  • Envision Therapy is a recent start-up OT only clinic. Get in on the ground floor and see your dream clinic come to life! Do you want to work at a clinic where your ideas are valued and implemented? Looking to take on leadership opportunities, design programs, and get high quality hands-on-training all while playing with kids all day? Then you may be a great fit for this position!

  • After working for 5 years in traditional private practice settings, I understand that the productivity standards and work culture of typical pediatric therapy clinics are not sustainable for many employees. That is why Envision Therapy offers flexible work hours, intensive mentorship programs and ample documentation/prep time to promote employee well-being and work-life balance. We are looking to change the name of pediatric therapy by providing high quality neuro-diversity affirming OT with an emphasis on caregiver education and empowerment. Do we sometimes meet at the park- of course! Or how about our itty bitty gym complete with swings, a climbing net, and monkey bars- absolutely! Envision Therapies is a clinic where you can truly enjoy your work and not be absolutely exhausted at the end of the day (or at least most of the days).

Responsibilities:

  • As a pediatric OT or COTA, you will provide treatment to children between the ages of 3-14. Your caseload will primarily include children with sensory-processing challenges, autism, ADHD, and emotional-regulation challenges.

  • Provide neuro-diversity affirming care to children from all backgrounds, gender identities, and family structures.

Qualifications:

  • Washington Occupational Therapy Occupational Therapy Assistant License

  • Rudimentary understanding of neuro-diversity affirming interventions in comparison to traditional or ABA-based interventions.

  • Must be comfortable providing caregiver education and treating with parents in the room.

  • 1-2 years of pediatric experience is preferred, but new graduates may apply as well.

  • Must be available to treat children during after school hours of 3-6pm, 2 days per week.

  • Initially available 16-20hrs/week with option to become full-time employee within 3 months if interested.

  • Available to start between May or June, 2024.

  • Bonus points if skilled or interested in feeding therapy.

Benefits

  • OT hourly rate depends on experience but starts at $33/hr.

  • COTA hourly rate depends on experience but starts at $27/hr.

  • All employees are eligible for continuing education reimbursement and licensure reimbursement pro-rated to hours worked.

  • Full-time employees (30 hrs) are eligible for retirement savings match, paid vacation, and health insurance benefits.
